Returns Policy
Marketplace product returns are handled according to the seller’s published terms, product condition and applicable consumer rules.
Contact Build Mart Nepal within 48 hours of delivery when an item is damaged, materially different from its listing, or incomplete. Keep the invoice, packaging and clear photos. Custom-made, opened consumables and correctly supplied special-order construction materials may not be returnable. Approved returns are coordinated with the seller; transport and restocking costs depend on the reason for return.
How to request support
Send the relevant order, booking, quotation or payment reference, explain the issue clearly, and attach available evidence. The support team will review the marketplace record and coordinate the next step.
