Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the payment status, service delivery, seller terms and the reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where supported. Bank and wallet processing times vary. Service booking deposits, custom procurement orders and completed professional work may be non-refundable unless the provider failed to deliver the agreed scope. Submit the order or booking reference and supporting evidence through support for review.
How to request support
Send the relevant order, booking, quotation or payment reference, explain the issue clearly, and attach available evidence. The support team will review the marketplace record and coordinate the next step.
